Second wave of floods in Sabah

Residents were put on alert as rivers here, in Penampang, Tuaran, Beaufort, Papar and Kota Belud, swelled. In Penampang, just days after the the district was hit by the worst floods since 1999, residents were awakened to signs of a second wave of trouble. Resident Johnny Ginsu said a downpour the night before had led to dangerous water levels by daybreak.
